If your phone cannot receive notifications, please try the following steps:
Make sure that your phone is connected to the network
Make sure that your phone is connected to to a Mobile network or WiFi network or WiFi network.
Check the settings of your phone
Check Go to the settings of your phone. For all ColorOS versions: Go to [Settings] >[Notification and Status bar] >[Manage notifications], click the application that you wish to receive notification, and enable [Allow Notifications].
Make sure that [Low Power mode], [Airplane mode] and [Quiet Time] or [No disturb mode] are turned off.
For devices of ColorOS 3.1 and above: go to [Settings] > [Battery] > [Energy Saver] > select the application and turn off [Background Freeze], [Abnormal Apps Optimization] and [Doze]. For devices of ColorOS 3.0:go to [Settings] > [Battery] > [Others] > select the application and Turn off [Freeze when in Background] and [Automatically optimize when an anomaly is detected].Click the menu button and slide down the application page until you see a lock icon in the upper corner to allow applications to run in background. Then the application will keep running in background.
Go to [Phone Manager] or [Security Center] or [Security] > [Privacy Permissions] > [Startup Manager] and turn on the button to allow the application to start on boot and start in background. In some devices, go to [Phone Manager] or [Security Center] or [Security] > [Startup Manager] and turn on the button to allow the application to start on boot and start in backgroundphone settings page: Tap on "Notification & Status Bar" - open the option "Wake Screen When Notifications Received on Lock Screen"; tap to enter "Manage Notifications" and find the Ringotel App. Enable the "Allow Notifications" and "System preset channel options" options.
Go back to the phone settings page: Tap on "Battery" - disable the option "Power saving mode" and "High-performance mode" (by enabling these two options, the system will block many notification messages).
Tap to enter "App battery management" and find the Ringotel App. Enable all the switches.
Check the version of the application
Check if there are any updates of to the application and download the latest version in [Play in Play Store]. Check if the problem persists after the installation of the latest version.
System Update
Go to [Settings] > [ → System Updates] or [Software Updates] in on some devices to check the system version and update and update it to the latest version.
