In the Ringotel Shell portal map your Dynamics 365 users with the once created in Ringotel. Click “Map users” button to automatically map users with the same email address in both systems.

Once the contacts are loaded, click the Import button to start the import. It may take some time to finish, depending on the number of contacts in your CRM. You may close the window as the process will be finished on the background.

How to find your Tenant ID

To find your Tenant ID you need to access your Azure portal https://portal.azure.com. In the Azure portal:

  1. Click on Settings button on the top menu.

The Service URL is your Dynamics portal web address(domain), for example: https://org6a5ac2c3.crm4.dynamics.com
