Currently, you can implement this in two ways:
By attaching unactivated users to the activated ones. For this, open activated user’s menu and select “Add extension” or create an unactivated user (by switching off the Activate slider in the new user form) and then open its menu and choose “Attach”. With this method, activated user will be able to make and receive calls on behalf of multiple extensions.
Another way is to create new connections. Please note, this option substitutes CLI number in SIP header and must be supported by the PBX. Firstly, navigate to an organisation and click “+ Add Connection”. Switch to the “Connect to VoIP Provider“ type of connection and follow the instructions provided in the screenshots attached. Once done, please ensure that the selected users re-login from their app to apply changes.
NOTE: assigned users will need to log out and log in back again into their Ringotel apps to apply changes.
