Admin portal improvements

In the recent update we made several changes designed to improve the experience and expand some of the existing features.

Organization space improvements

  1. In the organisation dashboard, you can now search not only users but also for connections by name and server address, as well as parking slots by name and extension number:

  1. When an organization has numerous connections and parking slots, you can now manage space by concealing or expanding sections as required.

Changes to CRM Integrations

We have modified the CRM integration configuration process to support cases where a single CRM user needs to be linked to multiple Ringotel users for integration purposes.

Instead of linking Ringotel users to CRM integration users, you are now required to link Ringotel users2 to CRM users3. This new approach allows for the linking of multiple Ringotel users to a single CRM user.

Furthermore, we have introduced a search field1 to help you find specific Ringotel users you wish to integrate.

You can still utilize the auto-map feature by selecting the Link users button4, which will automatically link CRM users to Ringotel users based on matching email addresses.
