How many calls a user can receive via the app?

The total number of calls a user can handle on all their registered devices is determined by various factors, including the user's organization package, app settings (such as the maximum number of inbound calls allowed and whether call waiting is enabled), and any constraints imposed by the PBX or SIP Trunk provider.

Typically, a user can handle up to 2 simultaneous calls (inbound/outbound) through the mobile app. For users subscribed to the Essentials package, they can manage 3 concurrent calls via the desktop app; whereas those on the Pro package can handle up to 6 concurrent calls using the desktop application.

In addition, a user can set max. number of inbound lines in their desktop app (Menu → Settings → Call settings):

This option may not be available for users who have the Show call settings option disabled in the connection settings, in the Ringotel admin portal.

If the Call waiting is disabled, a user can receive only one call at the same time.
