No audio either direction with a call ending in 15s
Most commonly, the no/one-way audio is caused by the blocked RTP traffic from the user’s network to the direction of the Ringotel server IPs. Depending on the organization’s region, allow the outbound RTP(UDP) traffic to the Ringotel server(s) on the network appliances (router Firewall/NAT service).
