Configure BLF indicator for call center agent status on Fusion PBX
To configure the BLF indicator to show the Agent status, you need to use the following format: “agent+<agent_name>”. For example, agent+agent1
. Please note you would need to create a BLF indicator on a user's level because each user's feature code will be unique. To create a BLF indicator for a user, open the user's menu → More → Speed Dial & BLF. Then, in the BLF indicators section, create a new record and provide the label and a feature code for the indicator.
