Is there a way to make sure these apps honor the “Answered Elsewhere” SIP Header found in CANCEL Commands?

For the “Answered Elsewhere“ feature to work SIP CANCEL request should contain the header “Reason” with the cause parameter:

Reason: SIP;cause=200

OR

Reason: Q.850;cause=26
