This error occurs if your PC can not connect to the Ringotel server. In this case, we recommend you to contact your system adminstrator and check if it is allowed to connect to “yourdomain.ringotel.co” on port 443 from your PC/Network. Alternativelty, you can check it yourself by entring the following command in the Command Prompt:

telnet yourdomain.ringotel.co 443

To open the Command Prompt on your PC press Windows + R to open the Run command window, then type cmd and press OK).
