  1. Get your infobip API Key and Base URL. For this, login into your infobip portal and then navigate to 

https://www.infobip.com/docs/api .

  1. Navigate to your Ringotel admin portal -> Organization -> Integration -> click Enable Integration on the infobip card. Then specify your infobip Base URL and API Key on the designated fields.

  1. Copy the Webhook URL and click Save changes. Then, add your infobip 10DLC SMS/MMS enabled phone numbers and assign users who will be able to send and receive messages via these numbers. For example:

  1. Lastly, specify the Webhook URL (copied from the previous step) for all your infobip 10DLC numbers. For this, return back to your infobip portal -> Channels and Numbers -> select a 10DLC number and in the configuration panel click ADD KEYWORD. In the Edit Keyword settings, specify the following:

Keyword: Leave it empty

Forwarding: Forward to HTTP 

Method: POST

Format: JSON

URL: specify the Ringotel Webhook URL copied in the previous step.

Click Save and repeat the above configuration for MMS.
