Unable to login into the app. It is saying that my login (username or password) is incorrect.

If you see the error message "Your username or password is incorrect" when you try to log into the Ringotel app, it means that either the credentials you are entering are incorrect or there is a typo, usually in the password you entered.

Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

  1. Try logging into the mobile app on your iOS or Android device by scanning the QR code provided in your Ringotel welcome email.

  2. If you have successfully logged in using the mobile app, it means that the credentials you entered earlier are incorrect. Please try to enter the password manually instead of copying it to avoid inserting extra characters like spaces for example.

  3. If scanning the QR code results in the same error message, it means your user credentials are invalid and need to be reset. To reset user credentials, contact your system/PBX administrators for further assistance.
