Limiting the number of devices a user can log into

In your Ringotel admin portal, you can limit the maximum number of parallel devices a user can log into.
The maximum number of parallel devices per user is defined by the organization package. By default, Essentials users can register on up to 3 parallel devices, while PRO users can register on up to 6 devices at the same time. In addition, you can limit the maximum number of parallel devices per user in the connection settings. To do this, in your Ringotel portal, navigate to an organization → Connection settings → “App settings” section → and change the “Max. registrations per user“ option. Then click the “Save changes” button to update the configuration.
Additional security measures
As the additional security measures, you can limit the IP networks from which users can register with their Ringotel accounts. You can configure it in the connection settings in your Ringotel admin portal.
In addition, in the Ringotel organization settings, you can enable the secure login credentials option, i.e. “Don’t send user credentials in plain text“, to even further reduce the possibility of user’s credentials leakage.
