Ringotel offers a robust cloud-based Call Recording feature that empowers users to control call recording options during a conversation or enable automatic recording settings within the app. Call recordings are seamlessly synced across user devices, and CRM integration ensures seamless call record synchronization with respective CRM systems. Additionally, as an administrator, you can manage call recording permissions for individual users. Furthermore, since all audio calls are routed through the connected PBX or VoIP provider, their call recording capabilities can be utilized alongside the Ringotel call recording feature, providing an extra layer of recording flexibility.
