I have an issue with receiving calls. I'm seeing a SIP 403 Forbidden with Warning: 399 Ringotel Shell Server Call Rejected.
The problem most often occurs when calls come from an IP address that is different from the one specified in your Ringotel connection settings. Thus, Ringotel rejects these calls as unauthorized.
To resolve this issue, please ensure that the correct server IP address or Domain is configured in your Ringotel connection settings.
For cluster environments, you need to configure your DNS server to return multiple IP addresses for a domain specified in the connection settings. This configuration will enable Ringotel to authorise invites from all IPs within your cluster.
