GoHighLevel CRM
Ringotel integration for GoHighLevel CRM offers the following features:
Identifies contacts on incoming and outgoing calls.
Automatically creates Task entities for incoming and outgoing calls.
Syncs call Subject and comment with the corresponding call activity record in CRM.
Provides links to open Tasks and Contact entities from the Ringotel app.
Allows you to create contacts in CRM using the Ringotel mobile or desktop app.
Imports contacts from CRM into the Contact lists of Ringotel users.
Get started
Create an app in GoHighLevel CRM
Navigate to GoHighLevel Marketplace(Marketplace ) and sign up for a developer account
After the account has been created, log in and navigate to My Apps->Create an App
Create a Private White Label app with both distribution types enabled.
Provide the basic information for the app in the Basic Info tab and then switch to
Advanced settings->Auth tab.
Make sure the following scopes have been enabled for the App:
contacts.readonly
contacts.write
users.readonly
locations.readonly
locations/tasks.readonly
locations/tasks.write
Please set the redirect URL for the app and click Add.
By default the redirect looks like https:/shell.ringotel.co/services/GoHighInt
If you are using the Ringotel portal other then https:/shell.ringotel.co please specify that portal in the redirect URL
After that please navigate to the Client Keys tab and click Add. Choose the name for the key and click Add.
Note the Client ID and client Secret returned, as they will be used to set up the integration on the RIngotel side.
After all the required fields have been filled for the App please click Save at the bottom of the form.
Set the Integration up on Ringotel side
Sign in to your Ringotel Shell admin portal and navigate to your Organization -> Integrations tab.
Click “Enable Integration” on the GoHighLevel CRM integration card.
Specify the Client ID and Client Secret for your App and check the permissions for the Ringotel connected users' accounts.
Click Save & Continue. You will then be redirected to the CRM webpage for authentication.
After the successful authentication, please follow the instructions to connect your GoHighLevel Sub Account for which to enable the Integration.
For Agencies, the integration works on the Sub Account level, so please select a Sub-account for which you wish to enable the integration, not the Agency.
You will then be redirected back to your Ringotel Shell portal to finalize the integration.
In the Ringotel Shell portal map your GoHighLevel CRM users with Ringotel users.
Click Save changes. Now the integration should be configured for the mapped users.
Import CRM contacts
The integration provides automatic contacts identification on incoming calls. Additionally, you can import existing CRM contacts into contact lists of the Ringotel users.
Navigate to your Organization -> Contacts, then click Import button.
Switch to the GoHighLevel tab which should appear if the integration is successfully configured.
Click the Next button to pull the list of CRM contacts.
Once the contacts are loaded, click the Import button to start the import. It may take some time to finish, depending on the number of contacts in your CRM. You may close the window as the process will be finished on the background.
