If I deactivate a user and reactivate it later is there a way for that user to see all the old texts and calls?

When you deactivate a user, the system essentially deletes an activated user and creates a new deactivated one, so all its data is deleted during this process. So when you reactivate it later, the user will not be able to access their previous chats and calls.
