How to locate and email crash reports for iOS app

In some cases, the Ringotel app may crash on the iOS device due to a high-memory consumption or other device related issues. For our team to investigate such issues effectively, we may ask to send us crash reports from the user’s iOS device.

According to Apple official documentation, to locate and email crash reports for iOS apps:

  1. Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements on the device.

  1. Tap Analytics Data.

  2. Locate the log for your app. The log name starts with <AppBinaryName>_<DateTime> for crash reports, or JetsamEvent_<DateTime> for high-memory use crashes (please check for both app and high-memory use crashes reports).

  1. Select the desired log.

  2. Tap the Share icon, and select Mail to send the crash report as a mail attachment.
