"Could Not Start Java VM" error when launching app on Windows
If you launch the Ringotel app on Windows and get the "Could Not Start Java VM" error when trying to open it, please navigate to C:\Program Files\Ringotel and run debug.bat.
This will generate jvm_log.txt to C:\Program Files\Ringotel\log. Please send it to us for further investigation.
Once done, reinstall the app using this link: https://apps.ringotel.co/Ringotel/Windows32
