How to integrate Ringotel Shell with Sipgate Team

In this guide, you’ll learn how to integrate Ringotel Shell with the Sipgate Team.

VoIP Provider sipgate provides reliable PBX phone services and great value telephone calls for business.

 

This guide assumes that you already have an active account of the Sipgate Team and you have access to its administration panel and the necessary permissions.

Instructions

  1. Add a new connection at Ringotel Shell dashboard.

  2. Configure connection settings with your Sipgate Team branch:

    1. In “IP address or domain of the IP PBX” specify sipgate.co.uk or sipgate.de, depending on where you have registered your Sipgate Team account.

    2. Specify the same domain in “SIP Proxy”.

  3. Use SIP-ID and SIP Password of Phone Device from Sipgate Team as SIP username and SIP Password for users in Ringotel Shell. This information can be found in “All users” section at Sipgate Team dashboard or https://app.sipgate.com/w0/devices/
