This guide assumes that you already have an active installation of the FreePBX and you have access to its administration panel and the necessary permissions.

Instructions:

  1. Add a new connection at Ringotel Shell dashboard.

  2. Configure connection settings with your FreePBX branch:

    1. In “IP address or domain of the IP PBX” specify domain or IP-address, where your FreePBX is deployed.

    2. Optional. Specify “SIP Proxy” and “SIP Port” if your installation doesn’t use default settings.

  3. Use Extension ID and Password from FreePBX as SIP username and SIP Password for users in Ringotel Shell. You can also import a .csv file containing sip information for bulk handle.
