Online. The user is registered on the PBX via the Ringotel app or other SIP endpoint using credentials generated via the “Terminal password” feature.

Offline. The user is not registered on the PBX via the Ringotel app or other SIP endpoint.

Busy. Indicates that the user is making or receiving a call or is on an active call with another extension or external number.

Do not disturb. Users can only set DND status manually via the Ringotel app.

At the desk. In this status, when an extension receives an incoming call, the Ringotel app starts ringing after a 10 seconds delay, reducing disruption when the user is at the office desk and has a parallel IP Phone registered.

Available. When a user doesn’t use their Ringotel app for some time, their status changes to Available. Please note, if user has a parallel registration with SIP credentials generated via the “Terminal password“ feature, this status will not be enabled.

Available on PBX. If the user is not registered in the Ringotel app or any SIP endpoint using credentials generated via the “Terminal password“ feature, and but they have active registration on the PBX, their status becomes “Available on PBX.”
