LDAP

Ringotel offers integration with LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) to enable single sign-on user authentication and seamless contacts synchronisation.

The integration provides the following features:

Simplified User Authentication: Users can conveniently log in to Ringotel using their LDAP credentials, reducing the need to remember multiple sets of login information.

Centralized Contacts Management: Import contacts from an LDAP directory into contact lists of the Ringotel users.

Steps to Integrate Ringotel with LDAP

Access your Ringotel admin portal with your administrator credentials and navigate to an organization → Integrations tab → click Enable Integration button on the LDAP integration.
