DND feature integration

If “Utilise PBX features“ is enabled and DND short codes provided in the connection settings in your Ringotel portal, the DND feature will be enabled/disabled on the PBX when user switches app status to Busy. If “Utilise PBX features“ is not enabled, DND status will be set only in Ringotel and not on the PBX.

However, when DND status is enabled via the IP Phone (or other SIP endpoint) registered directly to PBX, there is no reliable way to determine that because PBX does not notify our system about that event. Thus, DND status is not changing in Ringotel app.
