Ringotel Maintenance Windows

To ensure the ongoing performance, reliability, and security of our platform, we are performing regular maintenance on our servers. This maintenance will involve restarting servers. We have carefully selected maintenance windows to minimize disruption to your business operations across all regions.

Maintenance Details

• Duration: Each maintenance window is scheduled for 2 hours. However, it doesn't mean that the service will be in the maintenance state for the whole 2 hours. In fact, most of the time, the maintenance lasts for only a few minutes (1-5 minutes).

• Affected Services: Ringotel platform and related services

Sunday, 2:00 AM PDT - 4:00 AM PDT

Sunday, 2:00 AM EDT - 4:00 AM EDT

Asia Pacific:

Singapore & Malaysia: Sunday, 1:00 AM - 3:00 AM SGT

Australia: Sunday, 3:00 AM - 5:00 AM AEST

New Zealand: Sunday, 5:00 AM - 7:00 AM NZST

India:

Sunday, 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM IST

Europe:

Saturday, 11:00 PM - Sunday 1:00 AM CEST

Expected Impact

During the maintenance windows, you may experience brief interruptions to Ringotel services, including:

• Temporary inability to make or receive calls

• Intermittent disruptions to messaging and other features

• Brief outages of the Ringotel portal

• On your backend system you may see increased number of SIP registrations and subscription events from the Ringotel IPs, which is normal and should not cause any issues to your infrastructure.

Important Notes

• We have scheduled this maintenance during off-peak hours for each region to minimize disruption to your business.

• Most calls in progress will be terminated.

• Please ensure that your team is aware of this maintenance schedule.
