How many devices a user can be registered on at the same time?

The maximum number of simultaneous registrations that an activated user can have varies based on the organization's package where a user was created.

Users under the Essentials package are allowed a maximum of 3 parallel registrations.

Users under the PRO package can have up to 6 parallel registrations.

Each registration is recorded whenever a user logs into either a mobile or desktop application or registers an IP Phone using the Terminal password.
