One-Time Link to User Credentials

To enhance security, you can enable one-time link to access user credentials. With this option, you can hide user credentials as plain text from the welcome emails and replace them with a one-time link that users will have to follow to open their softphone login details.

To enable it, open an organization’s settings, check the "Don’t send user credentials in plain text" option, and then click the Save changes button to apply changes. The feature will be enabled for all users created in an organization.
