Organization admin
Depending on the access level, organization admins can manage users, connections, contacts, and integrations within a single organization without having access to the rest of your Ringotel account.
Set organization admin
In the Ringotel admin portal, navigate to the list of organizations (Home icon) and click on the “Pencil” icon or the three-dots menu and select Edit organization:
In the organization settings panel, provide the organization admin's email address and password, which will work as a username and password for accessing Ringotel admin portal.
Please note that each organization admin needs to have a unique email address.
Organization admins can access their portal via the same URL: https://shell.ringotel.co
Access level
The access level option defines what features and actions are allowed to an organization admin. The following access levels are available:

Manager | Users, Parking Slots, Contacts, Integrations (only enabled SMS integrations, in Pro organizations) | Users: Create/Delete/Activate/Deactivate/Block users, Reset user password, Activity, Devices, Call settings, Attach deactivated users, Basic profile editing. Contacts: All actions. Integrations: Enable/Delete, manage CRM users, re-assign users in SMS numbers, re-name SMS numbers. |
IT Admin | Connections, Users, Parking Slots, Contacts, Integrations (in Pro organizations) | Connections: All actions (Settings, Features, Dial plan). Users: All actions (including Set Terminal Password), Full profile editing (with SIP credentials). Contacts: All actions. Integrations: All actions. |
